Erika Radcliffe

Erika came to circus from a career in visual arts and graphic design. She discovered a passion for rope while living in Oregon, and soon after moved to Vermont to join the Intensive Training Program at NECCA.

Since completing the Intensive program in 2017, Erika has had the pleasure of working for and touring with several well-known companies, including Cirque du Soleil, Cirque Mechanics, Troupe Vertigo, and others. In 2019, she won first place for her performance in her division at the VIVA Festival, as well as special prizes from AIDA Casting and Cirque du Soleil Casting.

Alongside her career in circus, Erika also maintains a career in graphic design and web development. She works as the graphic designer for NECCA and is also designer and web developer for independent clients across the country.
